Lovage Honey Extract

Lovage, a member of the Apiaceae family (the same family as Osha), has long history in traditional European and Native American herbal practices. Like Osha, Lovage is valued for its support of the respiratory and digestive systems. Historically, it was used in Europe for its calming effects, while Native American communities appreciated it for its grounding qualities, particularly during seasonal transitions.

In addition to its medicinal uses, Lovage has a long history as a culinary herb, prized for its aromatic leaves, which resemble a milder version of celery. It was commonly used in soups, stews, and salads, adding a unique, herbaceous flavor.
