Sitka Valerian Honey Extract

Valerian is one of the most well-known herbal sedatives and a potent ally for those experiencing restlessness at the end of the day. This variety of valerian has a pungent odor and is respectfully harvested in the mountains of Cascadia. In addition to promoting healthy relaxation and sleep, valerian can help to relax smooth muscles and can help the body relax in the presence of minor pain.
