Meanwhile, Black Sage is known for its strong, aromatic properties and has been used to help purify spaces and foster a sense of renewal through traditional smudging practices.

Traditionally, these herbs have also been valued for their effect on the respiratory system- often describe how together they “wring out the lungs,” clearing away stagnation and inviting a deeper, freer breath.
