Green Tie Guanyin – Spring 2011
Maokong, Taiwan
Grown in the lush, terraced hills of Maokong by a devoted farming family, this 2011 Tie Guanyin carries the spirit of place and hands that shaped it. Lightly fermented and crafted in the traditional style, it’s a tea rooted in care, memory, and connection to the land.
The aroma rises high and fragrant, leading into a smooth, refreshing cup that lingers softly on the palate. Slightly higher in caffeine than most Tie Guanyins, it offers a clear, uplifting energy—bright but never jarring.
A graceful expression of classic Taiwanese oolong—clean, balanced, and quietly enlivening.
