A Journey Through Taiwanese Tea
This winter, I followed a longtime dream to Taiwan—immersing myself in the heart of its tea culture. Guided by locals and welcomed into mountain farms and roasting houses, I spent two months meeting passionate growers, skilled roasters, and even had the honor of tasting tea with one of Taiwan’s national tea tasting competition judges.
I returned home with a small selection of truly special finds: aged Puer, high mountain oolongs, Dong Ding, Tie Guanyin, and the creamy comfort of Jin Xuan (Milk Oolong). These are teas I drink often and cherish deeply—and now, I’m honored to share them with you.
Offered in very limited quantities, each tea carries a story, a place, and the quiet devotion of those who crafted it.
